Musical dictation
Listen to a short melody and write it in bars.
Theory
Listen and write
Read a melody from left to right. Its pitch comes from its staff position; its shape shows duration. Vertical lines divide the bars.
Edit the selected note
Tap a note, then a piano key, or drag the note. Left/right arrows select a note; up/down change pitch. Corrections keep the selection in place.
The meter sets a bar's length. Fill it with notes and rests. You can always shorten or delete a long note to make room. Accidentals and duration edit the selected note.
